Privacy Policy

1.1. This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of information when users use Bulutcha, and explains privacy rights and how the law protects users.
1.2. We use Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, users agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.3. Bulutcha is provided by Zerodev. In this Policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Zerodev.

2.1. Account means a unique account created for a user to access the Service or parts of the Service.
2.2. Application or Service refers to Bulutcha, the cloud file storage software and service provided by Zerodev.
2.3. Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
2.4. Usage Data means data collected automatically, either generated by use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
2.5. Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of Zerodev or helps operate, provide, analyze, or support the Service.

3.1. While using the Service, we may ask users to provide information necessary for registration, identification, communication, and access to Bulutcha features.

3.3. When users access the Service through a mobile device, we may automatically collect mobile device type, unique device ID, IP address, operating system, mobile browser type, and other diagnostic data.

4.1. To provide and maintain the Service, including monitoring usage and keeping the Service stable.
4.2. To manage user accounts and provide registered users with access to Service functionality.

6.2. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when needed to strengthen security, improve Service functionality, or comply with legal obligations.
6.3. Information may be processed at Zerodev operating offices and in other places where parties involved in processing are located. This means data may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
6.4. We take reasonable steps to ensure data is treated securely and do not transfer Personal Data to an organization or country unless adequate controls are in place.
